1.3 Acceptance of these Terms
By placing an order through our Website, you confirm that you accept these Terms. Please print or save a copy for future reference.

1.4 Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and have a valid UK postal address to make a purchase from our Website.

1.5 Changes to our Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Please check the version in force at the time you place your order.

1.6 Website terms of use
Use of our Website is also governed by our Website Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before browsing or purchasing.

2. Information About Us

or by writing to us at the above address.

2.3 How we may contact you
We may contact you by email, phone, or post using the details you provided with your order. “Writing” includes emails.

3. Our Products

3.1 Product descriptions
Products are described as accurately as possible, but images and packaging on the Website are for illustration only. Small variations may occur between displayed and delivered items.

4. How to Order

4.1 UK sales only
We only sell to individuals aged 18 or over with a UK postal address, email and mobile phone number.

4.2 Payment method
You must use a valid debit or credit card.

4.3 Ordering process
Follow on-screen instructions to submit your order. You’ll be able to check and amend details before confirming payment. Your order becomes binding once payment is submitted.

4.4 Order acceptance
We’ll confirm acceptance by email. A contract exists once this confirmation is sent.

4.5 Payment authorisation
By placing an order, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method immediately.

4.6 When orders may be declined
We may reject an order if a product is unavailable, there’s a pricing or description error, or we cannot deliver to your area.

4.7 Availability
All products are subject to availability. If your chosen item is out of stock, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund if payment has been taken.

4.8 Contract filing and language
We do not file a copy of the contract with you. You should save or print a copy of these Terms at the time of order (see Clause 1.3). The contract between you and us will be concluded in English only.

5. Prices, Price and VAT Changes

5.1 Prices and VAT
All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT. Delivery charges are shown before checkout.

5.2 Price changes
Prices may change at any time but won’t affect confirmed orders. If VAT rates change before delivery, we’ll adjust the amount accordingly.

5.3 Pricing errors
If we discover a pricing or description error, we’ll contact you to confirm whether you wish to continue at the correct price or cancel. If we don’t hear from you within 7 days, we’ll cancel and refund your order. This includes any obvious or unmistakable pricing error that you could reasonably have recognised as a mistake (for example, an item listed at £1 instead of £100).

6. Payment

6.1 Payment process
Payment is made securely through our approved payment gateway. You should read their terms before proceeding.

6.2 Security
Our payment processor encrypts card data. We only retain the last four digits of your card number for verification.

6.3 Failed or declined payments
If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. You’ll need to resolve the issue with your bank or card issuer.

6.4 Compensation for failed payment
You agree to reimburse us for reasonable costs we incur recovering failed payments.

6.5. VAT receipts: VAT is included in all prices shown. We generally do not issue full VAT invoices for individual consumer purchases, but if a VAT receipt is legally required or you request one, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@slaypouches.com.

7. Delivery and Postage

7.1 Delivery area
We currently deliver only to postal addresses within the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland).

7.2 Delivery method and timing
Please note that the dispatch timings indicated on the Website are estimates only based on our contract with parcel companies. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 days after dispatching the parcel. We’ll email you once your order has shipped.

  • Place your order before 2pm Monday – Friday to receive it typically in 2-4 days.
  • We are only able to ship our products to addresses within the United Kingdom.
  • All deliveries are sent using tracked service.

7.3 Delays and your rights if we delay
If we’re delayed due to events beyond our control, we’ll let you know and take steps to minimise the effect. If the delay is significant or if delivery has not occurred within 30 days of your order (or the agreed delivery date), you have the right to cancel the contract and receive a full refund. If you have not received your Product within 5 working days of our dispatch confirmation, please contact our customer-service team and we’ll investigate on your behalf.

7.4 Ownership and responsibility
Ownership of the Products passes to you once we have received full payment. Risk (i.e., responsibility for the Products) passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provided in your order or collected by you or a person nominated by you.

7.5 Missed deliveries
If no one is available to accept delivery, the courier will provide options for rearranging or collecting your parcel.

7.6 Non-collection
If you fail to rearrange delivery, we may charge you for reasonable storage costs and any further delivery charges. If you do not respond to our communications within a reasonable period, we may cancel your order and refund you, less any reasonable costs we incur.

8. Your Right to End the Contract

8.1 General rights
You may end your contract with us if:

  • The product is faulty or misdescribed;
  • We’ve made a significant error in price or description;
  • Delivery is delayed beyond reasonable limits; or
  • You change your mind within the 14-day cooling-off period (see no.8.2).

8.2 Right to change your mind
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your products, but this may be subject to deductions and you will have to pay the costs of return of the Products.

8.3 Exclusions: When you don't have the right to change your mind
You cannot cancel if the packaging or foil seal of the nicotine pouches has been opened or unsealed after delivery, as this renders them unsuitable for return for health-protection and hygiene reasons.

8.4 How to cancel
To cancel, you need to notify us in writing. Email us at hello@slaypouches.com

or write to our postal address, stating your order number and that you wish to cancel.

8.5 Returns after cancellation
Return products within 14 days of notifying us. You’ll pay the return postage unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

8.6 Refunds
We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving your returned products (or proof of return). Refunds are made only to the original payment method.

8.7 Deductions
We may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods if this has been caused by your handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (for example, handling beyond what would be permitted in a shop). The maximum refund for delivery costs will be the cost of the least expensive delivery option we offer.

9. Faulty or Defective Products

9.1 Reporting issues
Please contact us promptly if you believe a product is faulty.

9.2 Return of defective items
We’ll provide instructions for returning the item at no cost to you.

9.3 Inspection and remedies
If confirmed defective, we’ll offer a replacement, or full refund (including delivery costs).

9.4 Legal rights
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected. This includes your short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery, your right to a repair or replacement, and your right to a price reduction or final right to reject if the issue cannot be resolved. For more information visit the Citizens Advice website www.adviceguide.org.uk or call 03454 04 05 06.

10. Your Account

10.1 Creating an account
You may create an account on our Website to manage your orders. We reserve the right to refuse account registration at our discretion. When creating your account, you’ll need to provide your name, email address, and postal address. Your email address serves as your account username and the main way we contact you about your orders. You must ensure that all details you provide are true, accurate, and complete, and you agree to update them promptly if they change. If we believe the information you’ve provided is false, incomplete, or invalid, we may suspend or close your account.
Orders are sent to the postal address you supply, and we can’t be held responsible for any delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

10.2 Age restriction
You must be 18 or over with a valid UK address to register.

10.3 Passwords
You are responsible for maintaining account security and should notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access. We encourage you to use a "strong" password.

11. Cancelling Your Account

You may cancel your Website account at any time by contacting us hello@slaypouches.com .

We will ask you in email to provide required proof that you are the account holder.

We may suspend or close an account for misuse or breach of these Terms.

12. How We Use Your Personal Information

We use your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please read it before providing personal information.
We also use cookies to enhance your browsing experience; see our Cookie Policy for details.

13. Liability

13.1 Our responsibility
If we don’t meet our obligations under these Terms, we’re responsible for any loss or damage you experience that was reasonably foreseeable as a result of our actions or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. A loss or damage is considered foreseeable if it was obvious it would occur, or if, at the time we entered into the contract, both you and we knew it could happen — for example, because it was discussed during your order. We aren’t responsible for losses or damages that is not foreseeable..

13.2 Limits of liability
We don’t exclude or limit our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so.
This means we remain fully responsible for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence (or that of our employees, agents, or subcontractors);
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; and
  • Any breach of your legal rights in relation to the products — including your right to receive goods that are:
    • as described and match the information or sample provided;
    • of satisfactory quality;
    • fit for any purpose we’ve agreed to;
    • supplied with reasonable skill and care; and
    • compliant with the Consumer Protection Act 1987 in respect of defective products.

13.3 Business use
Products are supplied for personal use only. We are not responsible for commercial or resale losses.

14. Other Important Terms

14.1 Transfer of rights
We may transfer our rights under these Terms but will notify you in writing if this happens and we will ensure that the transfer will not affect your rights.

14.2 No third-party rights
This contract is between you and us. No third party can enforce it.

14.3 Severability
If a court finds any part of these Terms unlawful, the rest remain in effect.

14.4 Delay in enforcement
If we delay enforcement of our rights, this does not prevent us exercising them later. For example, if you miss a payment and we do not chase you but we continue to provide the products, we can still require you to make the payment at a later date.

14.5 Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by English law. You may bring proceedings in the English courts, or in the English courts and Scottish courts if you live in Scotland, and in the English or Northern Irish courts if you are a Northern-Ireland resident.

14.6 Dispute resolution
If you’re unhappy with how we handled a complaint, you may contact the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (IDRS) at www.cedr.com/idrs, or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

If you have any concerns about material which appears on our Website, or these Terms please contact hello@slaypouches.com .
